CHAMPAGNE BENOIT MUNIER

Côte des Blancs & Montagne de Reims

The Munier Perspective

Champagne Benoît Munier is the expression of one vigneron working on an almost microscopic scale. Farming just 1.6 hectares divided among 33 individual parcels, Benoît approaches each vineyard as a distinct personality, observing, farming, and vinifying every site according to its own character.

Working primarily in Avize, Cramant, Oger, Chouilly, and Bouzy, his wines are shaped by a philosophy of restraint and transparency. He often speaks of his parcels as family members, each requiring its own attention, understanding, and patience. Rather than pursuing a consistent house style, Benoît allows each parcel and each growing season to speak for itself.

What sets Benoît apart is his commitment to authenticity, precision, and an unmistakable sense of place. These are not wines designed to fit a formula. They are pure expressions of terroir and season, revealing the individuality of both vineyard and year with remarkable clarity.

Perlage Note

What first drew us to Benoît's wines was not pedigree, but honesty. Every cuvée feels personal—thoughtfully farmed, carefully observed, and shaped more by the vineyard than by the cellar. These are Champagnes of quiet confidence that reveal more with every glass.
